WHAT TO EXPECT
- A thorough Initial Consultation. (Approx 90 minutes required) It will involve outlining a thorough medical, family, emotional + mental health history. We can review any test results, if applicable in the initial consultation as well.
- Homeopathic personal protocol remedies. This includes a kit of homeopathic medicines for the duration of the program - You will be provided 8-12 personally prescribed homeopathic remedies lasting a minimum of 4 months.
- Follow-up consultations. Monthly Zoom follow-up calls (approx 20-30 minutes).
- Ongoing support. Email support is available with me at all times during the program for all queries, and as a way to track how things are progressing. At any time zoom calls can be scheduled to adjust remedies (dosage or additional) at no extra cost.

REGULATING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Some hormonal imbalances are genetic; however, it is extremely common for women to experience hormonal imbalances after years of using contraceptives. The reproductive system and the hormones that cycle through the month have been shut down from working naturally and in harmony with a balance of estrogen and progesterone within the body because of this disruption to the female body, this is why women need some assistance returning the cycle back to the healthy state needed for fertility.

This can include late ovulation (luteal phase defect) and a lack of cervical mucous.
